Creative Crawley
Following a public consultation by Crawley Borough Council in 2019 that I led, I mobilised a group of local arts, community and business leaders and raised money to build new partnerships, present and produce festivals, performances, public art, workshops and other arts events in the town. I founded Creative Crawley CIO in July 2021.
Creative Crawley is an arts charity working to support, produce and present high quality arts and cultural activity in Crawley, West Sussex. Working in partnership with local, national and international artists, local businesses and other key stakeholders in the town and beyond, we produce a year round programme of creative activities across all artforms that happen in many different spaces and places across the town. Our aim is to develop Crawley as a creative place beyond its boundaries for the benefit of those that live, study, work and play there.
